Cell Phone Case Or My Pocket

These days many people have cell phones, and they are getting more and more common. It used to be that seeing someone with a cell phone case on their hip was uncommon and also cool, but now it is an everyday practice, rather than the exception. The problem I have is that I don’t like to have mine on my hip. It bothers me. Also, I don’t think it’s a good idea, because that is the easiest way to get your cell phone lost or broken. I normally carry mine in my front pocket, but that has its perils as well, and is not always convenient.

After some research, I realized that I need find a cell phone case. Not just any cell phone case, but one that is durable, but doesn’t have to be clipped on to the band of my jeans. My friend has one of those, and that works fine for him, but I don’t like it. I want something different. I had one when I first got my phone, but it was cheap and it kept turning the volume on my phone down so low that I had to mess with it whenever I had to remove my phone from the cell phone case. I only used it for a few days before I tossed it aside and stuffed my phone in my pocket. I carry it there since then. I guess you could say that currently my pocket is my cell phone case. Could actually my pocket be the best cell phone case?

I have seen some case look like a tiny purse, but are made just to be a cell phone case. It’s a great idea in concept, but I am going to lose that very fast if I were to go with one of them. Something that small is never a good idea. There are times I forget my large purse. It would only be a matter of days before I lost a cell phone case that was that small and meant to be carried somewhat like a purse. And that would mean not only losing my cell phone case, but also my cell phone too. Not a good thing.

What I do like for a cell phone case is not really a case at all. In my purse, there is a small compartment on the side that is just the perfect size for my mobile phone. I would guess that was what it was intended for originally. It works great, and when my phone rings, I just have to reach in and grab it. That’s easy! I don’t have to search though everything in my purse to find it. Though it’s not technically a cell phone case, it is what has worked best for me so far. Besides my pocket of course. And since there are still times when I don’t want to take my purse with me, and I guess my front pocket will just have to do.
